In the event of an order not arriving due to a customer supplying an address that is not acknowledged by the Royal Mail, we are unable to replace or refund that order. In such instances we direct the customer to contact the Royal Mail as we are cannot be held liable for such a losses.
If an item is returned unclaimed, we will firstly ask the recipient to confirm they have supplied the correct address. If the customer has supplied an incorrect address, we would ask the customer to pay the re-postage charge for resending the item.
If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund, providing the product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and has all labels and tickets intact) and is in its original packaging.
When trying items on please take necessary care not to mark or stain the items with deodorants, aftershaves, make up, cigarette smoke etc as such items will not be considered suitable for resell and as such a refund cannot be given.
When returning goods please package them securely with a brief note about your request including your invoice number or better still the dispatch note and send it back to us using the supplied Returns label.
