Gift Voucher

Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify* to the email address of your choice.  Payment for the gift voucher will be charged on purchase (not on the date of issue if you have specified a later date). The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase. The voucher will not be valid until the confirmation email is received.

The value of the Gift Voucher is your choice and you may purchase more than one Gift Voucher at the same time. Using your Gift Voucher is easy just enter your unique code at checkout.

If you spend more than the value of your Gift Voucher, you can pay the additional money at checkout. If you spend less than the value of your Gift Voucher, you will have a credit balance remaining on your gift voucher which can be used against future purchases.

Gift Vouchers can not be returned, exchanged for cash, or purchase another gift voucher. Any products bought using a Gift Voucher can be returned or exchanged but not refunded. Any monies refunded will be issued via a new Gift Voucher which will expire on the same day as the original Gift Voucher. If you paid any additional monies over and above the value of the original Gift Voucher, these will be refunded via the other method of payment used.

* Gift Vouchers must be ordered 48 hours in advance of the requested delivery date. Over weekends this time scale is extended to 72 hours and vouchers will be delivered on the Tuesday (if that is requested)
