Banglads, I wanted to write a few comments on here about the service received from the staff of your company. I was recommended by a friend to use your site, and was apprehensive at first purely because I had never heard of you. There was an issue with my delivery, but like with any post issues, I blame Royal Mail. As soon as my order was returned, you were in touch via the telephone, not email, keeping the service personal and real. Not only was the staff member I spoke to very helpful, he was also extremely friendly. Once I had given you a new address, my items were with me in 2 working days! You have kept in touch through email to ensure these arrived, fantastic service. I have since recommended this site to all my friends, purely based on your level of customer service.
